Erica Tapper is Accenture’s Director of Operations, a COO role for the West Market Unit responsible for managing over $5b in yearly revenue. In this role she is responsible for driving growth, efficiency and customer centricity across five client groups (Financial Services, Products, Communications & High Tech, Resources and Health/Public Service) and all service offerings.
She is also the People Lead of the PNW Leadership Council where she is focused on attracting, retaining, and developing diverse talent. She strives to help teams sharpen their focus on how to turn customer relationships into productive, long lasting client partnerships to some of the largest companies around the world.
